Reunión comunitaria de marzo

¡Hola a todos!

¡Es esa época del año, cuando las cosas comienzan a florecer y florecer y la reunión comunitaria de este mes es un testimonio de ello! ¡Están sucediendo tantas cosas, hay tantas cosas sobre las que informarse y están surgiendo tantas cosas! Únase a nosotros el 13 de marzo a las 6 p. m., en el Centro Comunitario de Bolinas y en línea por Zoom.

Tenemos algunos anuncios excelentes de la comunidad sobre las festividades del Día de la Tierra, algunas iniciativas nuevas del condado que podrían utilizar sus aportes como comunidad y algunas ideas y planes más amplios que se están impulsando desde dentro de nuestra comunidad sobre qué hacer a continuación.

Escucharemos actualizaciones y anuncios de BCLT, The Lions Club y West Marin Rotary. Miembros de la comunidad hablando sobre cuestiones de civismo reflexivo. Acontecimientos en Correos y seguimiento de los impactos del Cambio Climático y el Aumento del Nivel del Mar.

Después de la reunión de este mes, KWMR organizará un grupo focal y esperamos que esta reunión posterior pueda ser el comienzo de más preguntas y respuestas y de interacciones de tipo encuentro y saludo para aumentar el discurso cívico.

No se olvide de nuestra próxima Sopa Cívica el 27 de marzo de 5 a 8, en la que Steve Matson y otros organizarán una conversación más profunda sobre el aumento del nivel del mar y el impacto en Bolinas, con participantes de varias entidades, y cómo nosotros, como comunidad. Es posible que podamos empezar a avanzar para abordar este problema.

Hello Everyone!

It's that time of the year, when things start blooming and blossoming and this months community meeting is a testament to that! So much going on, so much to be informed about, so much is popping off! Join us on March 13th at 6pm, at the Bolinas Community Center and online on Zoom. 

We have some great announcements from the community about Earth Day festivities, some new county initiatives that could use your input as a community and some larger ideas and plans being driven from inside our community about what to do next. 

We'll hear updates and announcements from BCLT, The Lions Club, West Marin Rotary. Community members speaking to matters of thoughtful civics. Happenings in the Post Office and a followup on the impacts of Climate Change and Sea Level Rise. 

Following this month's meeting KWMR will be hosting a focus group, and we are hoping that this after-meeting-gathering can be the start of more Q/A and meet and greet types of interactions, to increase the civic discourse!

Don't forget about our upcoming Civic Soup on March 27th from 5-8 in which Steve Matson and others will be hosting a deeper conversation about Sea Level Rise and the impact to Bolinas, with participants from various entities, and how we as a community might be able to begin moving forward on addressing this  issue.
